Manage Debt and Cash Collection Processes

This role is for a Collections Specialist located in Mandaluyong. The specialist will be responsible for executing debt collection processes, managing communication with clients, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring timely payment collections.

The specialist must have effective coordination skills to monitor and report on collection activities. They will use various methods to locate clients, interview them telephonically, and encourage them to utilize payment options such as credit cards. The specialist must negotiate settlements by arranging clients' payments over longer time spans, confirm their information and payment agreements, and inform management regarding the effectiveness of strategies for various accounts.

  • The specialist must comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
