Job Summary:

The Management Trainee role is designed to equip aspiring professionals with the skills and knowledge required to excel in a fast-paced business environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs across assigned areas. Your day-to-day operations will focus on optimizing Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth through leadership support and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and assure compliance with Food Safety and Cleanliness Programs across assigned areas
  • Optimize day-to-day operations of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services
  • Lead sales building initiatives through client business relations and customer engagement
  • Assess opportunities for operations and cost management to meet or exceed sales and growth targets
  • Manage workforce of assigned store, including manpower planning, hiring, orientation, and certification of new team members
  • Implement other store administrative activities, such as office organization, government permits, Store Reports Preparation, and programs like Store Safety

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food or Business Related course
  • Excellent leadership and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to all levels in store operations
  • Ability to perform well under pressure or opposition
  • Flexibility to work on shifting schedules and long hours
