Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) and IT security protocols.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating social media content.
• Understanding of SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), and social media advertising.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and online audiences.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content tailored to different platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for addressing IT issues and adapting social media strategies.
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a dual-role position.
• Adaptability to stay current with evolving technology and social media trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent.
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of web development (e.g., HTML, CSS) for managing website integrations with social media.

Work Environment

• Full-time position with occasional after-hours support for IT emergencies or social media campaigns.
• Hybrid or on-site work, depending on organizational needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Puerto Galera: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
