Real Estate Manager Position

We seek a highly skilled professional to oversee property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Tenant Liaison: Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Lease Administration: Monitor lease compliance, track rent payments, and enforce terms and conditions.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, including rent collection, accounts payable/receivable, and invoicing.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop strategies to attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to U.S. real estate laws and regulations.
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter and manage property transactions, bills for payment, and payroll information.

Key requirements include:

  • Communication and Coordination: Strong ability to handle tenant inquiries and manage maintenance schedules.
  • Financial and Data Management: Experienced in rent collection, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and managing property transactions.
  • Marketing and Tenant Acquisition: Skilled in creating marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledgeable in U.S. real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Tech-Savvy and Detail-Oriented: Experienced with property management software and virtual tools, with strong attention to detail in all tasks.
