Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to provide administrative support and manage critical financial functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive administrative support, including calendar management and communication with key stakeholders
  • Owning critical financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable management
  • Ensure the executive's time and financial workflows are streamlined, documented, and executed with precision

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in accounting
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in English fluency (spoken and written); neutral accent preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
  • Proactive problem-solver with a 'no task too small' attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism
