
Administrative Claims Specialist

This role involves working in a claims environment where you will be responsible for various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the claims teams to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
As a professional in this field, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be able to understand and interpret complex information and communicate it clearly to others.
The primary responsibilities of this role include ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislations. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with customers and raising and authorizing claims payments within delegated authority limits.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain accurate records, identify recovery opportunities on claims, and provide information and feedback on claims activity and developing trends to underwriters/risk assessors.

Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
