Email & Digital Campaign Manager - (WFH/Remote setup)

About the Position

This is an exceptional opportunity to oversee and manage our company's email communications strategy, creating compelling content and optimizing campaigns to reach the right audience and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Email Infrastructure and Deliverability:
    • Manage and monitor email domains, IP reputation, and inbox placement.
    • Implement SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Oversee sender reputation and resolve deliverability issues.
  • Content and Campaign Creation:
    • Create and refine email templates and content.
    • Develop compelling subject lines, copy, and CTAs.
    • Run A/B testing across content and design.
    • Manage and schedule SMS/text campaigns.
  • Campaign Management and Analytics:
    • Launch and manage multi-segmented campaigns.
    • Track click-throughs, portal logins, and inbound calls.
    • Own UTM parameter setup and reporting.
    • Provide insights to optimize performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    • Ensure campaigns align with compliance and business goals.
    • Provide regular reporting dashboards to leadership.
