Job Overview

  • As a Provisioning Specialist, you will work closely with our technical team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implementation of Client Onboarding Program:
    • Documentation: Network, Hardware, Credentials, Applications, SaaS Platforms (Azure, 365, etc.)
    • Assessing Client Environment: Old Hardware, Security Risks, Areas of Improvement
    • Deploying Tools: Monitoring, Security Services, Self-service
  2. Exceptional Communications:
    • Clients
    • Project Manager
    • Sales
    • Client Services

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years IT experience: 2+ years of work experience with start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions preferred. MSP experience is preferred but not required. Onboarding-specific experience desirable.
  • Experience with all current Windows operating systems
  • Active Directory and Group Policy understanding
  • 365 knowledge specific to Administration
  • Firewall assessment and understanding: Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco, Fortinet
  • Understanding of networking concepts: Routing, Switching, VLANs
  • VMware experience is a plus
  • Apple product experience is a plus
