As a Senior Backend Developer, you will maintain backend systems driving our real-time, privacy-first analytics platform.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Integrate frontend components with backend logic
  • Build clean, reusable, and scalable code
  • Optimize applications for speed and performance
  • Implement security and data protection best practices
  • Design and manage scalable data storage systems

Key Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a seasoned backend developer who possesses both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to thrive in our dynamic environment.

Must-have technical skills:

  • 7+ years of experience with Python in production environments
  • 5+ years working with Django REST Framework to build scalable APIs
  • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization
  • Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Architecture and system design
  • Solid experience using Docker for development and deployments
  • Proficient in Git and collaborative version control workflows
  • Comfortable working in Linux server environments, including scripting and basic system tasks
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a significant advantage
