Job Title:

Data Architect - Visual Storyteller

We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to join our mission-driven team and design, build, and optimize data visualization tools that empower leaders to make informed decisions.

This role involves working with complex datasets, building relationships across disparate files, and developing clean, reliable data models ready for analysis.

You will leverage Power BI (and occasionally Tableau) to transform raw information into compelling dashboards and visual stories that clearly communicate trends, insights, and key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in data analysis and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. They should be passionate about developing high-quality, user-friendly visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and adapt visualization tools that bring together various data sources.
  • Develop data visualizations using business intelligence software, ideally with experience in Power BI and/or significant experience with Tableau.
  • Clean, standardize, filter, and transform data to create datasets ready to be analyzed and displayed graphically.
  • Understand what makes for a compelling visualization, can 'tell a story' using data, and draw insights from large datasets.
