Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Design Strategist to spearhead design efforts across our suite of interactive gaming and entertainment platforms. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly shape the look, feel, and usability of products used by thousands of users every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design user interfaces for modern gaming and entertainment websites, including mobile-responsive experiences.
  • Enhance user experience based on user feedback, analytics, and internal UX evaluations.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and reusable interface components.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with product vision.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • A strong portfolio featuring user-centric designs within gaming, entertainment, or digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
  • Understanding of behavioral UX and conversion-optimized design principles.
