  • Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate creative resources to optimize efficiency and quality.

  • Process Optimization: Implement and refine project management processes to enhance workflow, improve project delivery times, and maintain quality standards.

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, aligning with company goals.

  • Project Management: Utilize project management tools and maintain organized tickets to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Foster a collaborative work environment, maintaining clear communication across teams and with clients.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows, making proactive recommendations for efficiency and productivity gains.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Project Management: Proven track record of managing creative projects, ideally in the advertising or marketing industry, with a focus on video production.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, consistently delivering high-quality project outcomes.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing client interactions and collaborating with internal teams.

  • Knowledge of Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as Linear, Slack, Frame.io, G-Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.

  • Interest in AI: Staying current with industry trends while demonstrating adaptability in dynamic tech environments.
