Job Overview

As a Creative Content Associate, you will play a crucial role in fueling ShopBack's growth by creating high-performing ad creatives. You will bridge internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers to ensure a constant flow of engaging content across various platforms.

Your Mission

Deliver innovative solutions that drive clicks, conversions, and campaign scalability. Work collaboratively with the US timezone team to drive outcomes for the US market.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage user-generated content creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly
  • Stay ahead of user-generated content and short-form content trends to keep our ads relevant and engaging
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing user-generated content-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
