About This Role

We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our contact center, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills, while working in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound and outbound contacts, resolving issues and answering customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide assistance with product and process-related inquiries.
  • Listen actively to customers and understand their needs to deliver effective solutions.
Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You should have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with data-entry using a computer is required.
  • You should be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • You should possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • You should be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute).
  • You should be reliable and able to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • You should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • You should be familiar with computer and Windows PC applications and be able to learn new complex computer system applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center environment would be beneficial.

This role operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
