Pest Control Technician Role

As a pest control technician, you will be responsible for providing quality and diligent services to our customers. You will operate in over 65 countries, dealing with a range of creepy crawlies from rats to bed bugs.

This is a highly innovative role that requires strong technical and scientific expertise. You will provide expert advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring their pest control needs are met.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing excellent pest control treatment and recommendations to customers.
  • Providing feedback to superiors on the service concerns of the customer.
  • Maintaining equipment, tools, mobile phones, vehicles and other items provided by the company in good working condition.
  • Planning and carrying out routes to ensure timely arrival at treatment sites.
  • Efficiently managing the use of chemicals and other pest control consumables.

In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle.
  • Hold a Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3).
  • Be a college graduate or vocational course graduate.
  • Have a background in agriculture or a related field is an advantage.
  • Be a fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Have good communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Be willing to undergo training for career growth.
  • Be willing to work night shifts.
