This role provides an opportunity to join a team that values employees and strives for excellence in the field of HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR helpdesk systems, HR ATS, and workflow management tools.

Responsibilities will include responding to employee inquiries, providing transactional services over various communication channels, and collaborating with onshore partners to resolve queries.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for creating repositories for out-of-scope queries and transferring Tier 2 transactions to relevant leads or counterparts.

For this position, we are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in an HR helpdesk role.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in HR ATS and workflow systems, and be open to working US shifts.
