Job Title: Finance and Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Accounting professional to join our team as a Finance Reporting Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting budgeting and compliance efforts.

As a Finance Reporting Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, statements, and presentations. You will also be responsible for performing account analysis and reconciliations during month-end and year-end closing activities.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Perform account analysis and reconciliations during month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic budgeting and forecasting processes across all brands.
  • Assist in the preparation of board materials, audit requirements, and other management reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial reporting with business goals and initiatives.
  • Support the Finance and Accounting Manager in special projects, financial modeling, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business Management.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting, including financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in other MS Office applications.
  • CPA certification is an advantage but not required.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
