Procurement Analyst

This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team in a rapidly growing industry.

The ideal candidate will support the Operations Director in designing and implementing a global inventory intelligence platform, working closely with a passionate distributed team to engineer dynamic procurement models, turn live stakeholder data into decision-ready insights, and steward systems that keep the supply chain moving without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a single source of truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily
  • Proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation, and exceptions; escalate delays before they impact operational activity
  • Transform raw data into concise, decision-ready insights for the Operations Director and wider Operations Department
  • Build and refresh dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making
  • Stay ahead of tools and best practices; self-drive upskilling in analytics and supply-chain methods

System and Tools:

During onboarding, the successful candidate will receive full training across business systems and tools.

However, to ensure maximum effectiveness, we expect candidates to have experience with:

  • Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (XLOOKUP, PivotTable, PowerQuery)
  • Asynchronous communication platforms (e.g. Teams, Slack)
  • Cloud-based business phone systems
  • Project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Jira)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, with a preference for BSc Economics or equivalent analytical experience
  • 2-4 years professional experience in procurement, supply-chain, or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams

Must-Have Skills:

  • Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization
  • Professional business British English
  • Persistent phone and email follow-up
  • Process documentation
  • Analytical mindset

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Basic SQL/Python for data automation
  • Regulated supply-chain exposure
