Job Overview

This role requires an individual with exceptional problem-solving skills to handle incidents logged by clients and/or alerts from infrastructure monitoring. You will serve as an escalation point, providing support to colleagues in the SMC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met by taking ownership of cases entering the SMC in a 24x7 support environment.
  • Monitor queues for incoming alerts and incidents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in IT, specifically in infrastructure and application support, including knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Premium, Windows Server Administration, Exchange Server Administration, M365-Exchange Online, Teams, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Customer Focus.
  • Understanding of various customer environments and effective communication with customers at different organizational levels.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, identifying problems and evaluating alternative solutions.
