Remote Marketing Associate Job Description

This role involves creating engaging marketing materials for various platforms.

  • Design visually compelling graphics and illustrations for social media, website content, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Grow and engage target audience by producing high-quality, brand-aligned content that resonates with our customers.
  • Translate marketing strategies into impactful visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, benchmark performance, and uncover new content opportunities.
  • Develop and present weekly social media performance reports, providing key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with brand and campaign objectives.

Required Skills:

  1. 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry (preferred).
  2. Proven experience designing fashion-focused assets for e-commerce, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  4. Basic video editing skills (e.g., for Reels, Stories, and other short-form content).
  5. Strong typographic skills with the ability to create visually compelling, type-driven designs.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of innovative, fashion-relevant design work.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
