As a Customer Experience Evaluator, you will have the unique opportunity to evaluate your favorite luxury brands and provide feedback that can help them improve their services.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about writing and have a good understanding of the fashion, beauty, jewellery, watch, or automobile industry.

The ideal candidate will be able to conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands, providing detailed feedback on the experience. They will also need to maintain a high level of discretion throughout the evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate luxury brands in markets such as beauty, fashion, jewellery, watches, or automobiles
  • Provide detailed feedback on the experience
  • Maintain confidentiality throughout the evaluation process

Requirements:

  • Passionate about customer experience and writing
  • Likes to interact with people
  • Organized & prompt
  • Good understanding of the fashion, beauty, jewellery, watch, or automobile industry
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
