Experienced Tax Accountant Wanted

A seasoned accounting professional is required to manage tax accounts, working papers, and annual tax returns for clients. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Australian taxation regulations, compliance, and strategies.
The role involves preparing accurate financial statements, working papers, and tax returns in accordance with ATO regulations. Utilization of accounting software for financial accounts and tax returns is also a requirement.

The selected individual will be responsible for managing client data and documentation via OneDrive and Outlook, complemented by PDF editor tools. Expert advice and troubleshooting on tax-related matters are also essential.
Responsibilities include income tax obligations and deductions, capital gains tax calculations and strategies, goods and services tax compliance, business activity statement preparation, and effective communication with internal teams.
The successful applicant will ensure timely delivery of work, maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance, stay updated on Australian taxation legislation, ATO rulings, and industry best practices.
Qualifications/Skills- CPA, CA, or Tax-Specific Qualifications
- Australian Accounting Standards Experience
- At Least 8 Years of Experience in Australian Tax Accounting
- Advanced Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to Meet Deadlines and Manage Multiple Client Portfolios
