This position requires strong leadership skills, a flexible attitude towards shift work, and the ability to manage complex technical environments. Essential functions and TasksTeam Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of desktop support professionals, ensuring efficient performance across shifts. Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure all IT infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, Active Directory, and O365, is well maintained and up to date.

Cloud & Security: Lead initiatives to manage and secure Azure cloud infrastructure and ensure robust IT security measures. Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate with global IT teams, project leaders, and other stakeholders to implement technical solutions.

Project Management: Oversee IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Compliance & Security: Ensure all systems comply with relevant data security standards and regulatory requirements. Education and Experience requirementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

At least 14 years of IT infrastructure management experience. Certifications like ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Azure certifications are highly desirable. Strong problem solving skills and an analytical mindset.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge, skills and AbilityProven experience in managing infrastructure teams and technical operations. Strong technical knowledge in switches, firewalls, Active Directory, O365, Azure cloud, and IT security.

Shift flexibility to accommodate global operations. Negotiation skills with vendors and internal stakeholders. Ability to lead and inspire teams in high pressure environments.

Proficiency in project management and cross team coordination.
