Operations Director Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing cluster/community performance, coaching and developing staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on our operations. As Operations Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing Cluster/Community Performance: Develop and implement strategies to improve cluster/community performance, including coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Coaching and Development: Provide regular coaching sessions and call audits to support staff development and performance improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as a client advocate, providing insights and suggestions to improve client outcomes.
  • People Management: Manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of operations and management experience, with a focus on process transformation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
