Dropshipping Order Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and grow our dropshipping business on Walmart.

About the Role:
  • Process customer orders: purchase products from selected retailers and fulfill buyers' orders on Walmart.
  • Monitor and manage stock availability, ensuring products are always available for sale.
  • Maintain and update product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins.
  • Search and list profitable products based on market demand and competitive research.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools.
  • Communicate with suppliers/retailers if any order issues arise.
  • Regularly check for price changes, stock updates, and adjust listings accordingly.
  • Provide daily or weekly reports regarding orders, profits, inventory, and tasks completed.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing Walmart orders is essential.
  • Strong skills in Excel for inventory tracking, profit calculation, and reporting are required.
  • Knowledge of dropshipping operations, especially for the Walmart marketplace, is necessary.
  • Able to manage profit margins and pricing strategies effectively.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently is also required.
