  • Day-to-day record keeping for management reporting and analytical reports.">
  • Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoicing.">
  • Assisting in client planning, budgeting, and forecasting.">
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, month-end close processes, journal entries, monthly reconciliations, and financial reporting.">
  • Acting as an in-house expert on internal processes, documenting findings, and assisting in control development and improvements.">
  • Working directly with clients to obtain documentation and tracking time spent and client deliverables.">
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professional communication while working with the team, clients, vendors, and third parties.">
  • Completing administrative or ad-hoc tasks to assist the firm or team members.">
  • Solving problems as they arise and escalating to managers as necessary.">

  • ">
  • Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Bookkeeping.">
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).">
  • Familiarity with full cycle bookkeeping.">
  • Comfortable learning new systems and software.">
  • Familiarity with CRA requirements and filings (HST, WSIB, EHT).">
  • Experience with cloud-based bookkeeping software is preferred.">
  • Strong people skills, team-player mindset, great communication skills, and adaptability.">
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.">
  • Motivated, self-starter, eager to take on responsibilities and ownership of work.">
  • Continuous learning and skills improvement mentality.">
  • Delivering on commitments, setting clear objectives, and goals.">
  • Strong time-management and problem-solving skills.">
  • Prior experience working on a graveyard shift is a must.">
  • Must have a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: Core i5 or higher processor, 8GB or higher RAM, download speed of at least 6 Mbps, upload speed of at least 6 Mbps, and a quiet workspace.">
