Job Title: Bid Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Management Professional to lead end-to-end tender processes across engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.
Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will coordinate technical experts to develop high-quality proposals that meet requirements and deadlines. They will manage complex tenders and drive business growth through successful submissions.

  • This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, planners, and surveyors to develop compliant, compelling proposals that meet evaluation criteria and maintain high-quality standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business or a related field.

  • 5 years experience in bid management, tender coordination, proposals within engineering, construction, infrastructure consulting.

  • Strong technical foundation, ability to review interpret technical content.

  • Proven knowledge of donor-funded tendering processes, government/private RFTs.

  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign Microsoft Office, excellent document formatting skills.

  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, confident in managing multiple large submissions.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborate disciplines engage senior stakeholders.
