Job Opportunity for Bid Writer

We are seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality tender responses that showcase our company's expertise and value proposition.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in bid writing, with a background in civil construction and commercial construction. They will possess strong time management skills, clear English language speaking and written skills, excellent communication skills, and advanced computer skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Develop compelling and persuasive content for tender responses, including expressions of interest, tenders, quotations, and pricing materials.
  • Bid Strategy: Support the development of bid strategies, including storyboarding and research.
  • Bid Planning: Complete bid planning documents such as summaries, project plans, and gap analysis.
  • Research and Analysis: Research and summarise markets, competitors, and bid-related topics.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all bid requirements and internal standards.
  • Administration: Submit and upload PQQs, tenders, and supporting information, and maintain accurate records.
