Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across processes and data domains to document assigned data domain needs.
- Define future state use cases and associated business process flow diagrams.
- Develop documentation of business processes and provide input to future state training procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team in developing training materials and associated job aids.
- Work proactively across the organization to identify data sources, data users, and data processes.
- Identify and prepare test data to support testing phases and related test suites.
