Job Title: IT Business Analyst

At Vertere Global Solutions, Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the analysis and implementation of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather Business Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders and process owners to gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Analyze and Document: Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications, ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
  • Manage Change: Manage the change process, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with Project Team: Coordinate with the project team during the software development process, ensuring that all requirements are met and that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Review and Create Documents: Review and create documents related to testing, ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
  • Perform Ad Hoc Testing: Perform ad hoc testing as needed, ensuring that the solution meets all requirements.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing: Facilitate user acceptance testing, ensuring that the solution meets all requirements and is accepted by stakeholders.
  • Provide Post-Implementation Review and Support: Provide post-implementation review and support, ensuring that the solution is working as expected and that any issues are resolved promptly.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the banking industry is an advantage.
