Job Description for HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of HR Coordinator at Crackerjack Corporation.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong understanding of HR principles and practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responding to internal and external inquiries related to HR matters.
  2. Providing assistance to employees and management on HR-related issues.
  3. Maintaining accurate records of personnel data.
  4. Ensuring all employment requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
