Job Opportunity
As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will analyze data, identify problems, and manage projects to drive efficient solutions for our key accounts. This is not a traditional analyst position; rather, we seek a detail-oriented professional who can dive deep into data and provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data and generate comprehensive reports weekly.
- Source new reports that inform and increase client stickiness with our offering.
- Anticipate possible issues in brand client receipts, shipping, or performance and present solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize customer experience.
- Manage and organize projects for timely completion.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Operations).
- Strong analytical skills with data collection, organization, analysis, and dissemination abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL Server and Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- E-commerce fulfillment environment experience with 3PL expertise.
Work Arrangement:
This is a remote position requiring an available work-from-home setup.
