Business Insights Analyst

The Business Insights Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions through data-driven storytelling. As a key member of the team, you will transform complex data sets into actionable insights that propel business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate data into compelling narratives that drive strategy and tactics.
  • Analyze intricate data patterns to develop actionable insights that inform impactful business decisions.
  • Leverage your storytelling skills to deliver insights that are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret analysis results and identify actionable next steps.
  • Develop bespoke reports that uncover hidden opportunities and drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with the data visualization team to create informative reporting and monitoring systems that highlight gaps, trends, and opportunities.
  • Communicate technical requirements to data teams and distill complex information into easily digestible insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and preparation, including proficiency in statistical methods and large data set handling using SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience building reports using Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar tools.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to prioritize information effectively.
