Ad Operations Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Ad Operations Manager to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds.
- Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor for setup errors.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange).
- Monitor live campaign metrics daily and produce performance reports.
- Identify under-delivery or sub-optimal win-rates and adjust bids, caps, and inventory mix accordingly.
- Track campaign margin versus target and propose optimizations to protect profitability.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading experience.
- Deep expertise with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon) and SSPs (OpenX, PubMatic, Index Exchange).
- Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and campaign QA processes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across the full programmatic ecosystem.
