Drive Performance Across Paid and Organic Channels

We are a product-focused team seeking a versatile web marketer & analyst to drive performance across paid campaigns, SEO, and data tracking. As a key member of our team, you will manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads, maintain tracking with GTM + GA4, build insightful Looker Studio dashboards, and support organic growth using tools like SEMrush.

This is a long-term role with real autonomy and ownership. You will be responsible for delivering measurable results across paid and organic channels while aligning with product and design teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
  • Maintain proper event tracking with GTM and GA4, including full ecommerce setups
  • Build and maintain cross-platform Looker Studio dashboards
  • Perform SEO audits and keyword tracking using SEMrush or similar tools
  • Monitor organic visibility and propose content/technical improvements
  • Run competitive analysis (paid + organic) and report actionable insights
  • Work with developers and designers to align strategy and implementation
Required Skills:
  • Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Business Manager)
  • Expert in Google Tag Manager (custom containers, ecommerce tracking)
  • Strong command of Google Analytics 4
  • Proficient with Looker Studio
  • Hands-on experience with SEMrush (or similar tools: Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
  • Able to synthesize data into clear reports and recommendations
  • Fluent in English; autonomous and reliable
