Senior Paid Advertising Strategist

We are seeking an experienced paid advertising professional to drive conversion rates across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies that maximize return on investment through targeted channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Design effective audience segmentation strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-converting ad assets.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, along with actionable recommendations for continued improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in paid marketing with a focus on conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Google Ads/Facebook Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Must be a resident with strong written and spoken English communication skills.
