Job Title:

A high-performing Operations Manager is needed to lead our team in delivering campaigns on time, maintaining task boards and departmental performance.

The ideal candidate must be organized, systems-driven and confident managing a remote team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Day-to-day operations and assigned tasks management
  • Operational SOPs implementation for task execution and campaign support
  • Project management tools maintenance to track ongoing activities and deadlines
  • Blockers identification and resolution that delay task execution
  • Team Leadership and Oversight:
    • Supervision and mentoring of Leads team members, including Leads Team Leaders, Coordinators and Assistants
    • Daily workloads assignment, completion rates monitoring and attendance tracking
    • New team member onboarding and training
    • Performance check-ins and evaluations submission to HR
  • Cross-Department Coordination:
    • Collaboration with Social Media, Content and Chat teams for timely task handoffs
    • Communication flow facilitation between departments for campaign-related deliverables
    • Operational concerns or task delays flagging to the COO or Leads Strategic Manager as appropriate
  • Administrative Oversight and Reporting:
    • Payroll data verification, attendance, deliverable completion and daily check-ins
    • Department calendars, trackers and communication logs maintenance
    • Weekly operations updates and team task completion rates reporting
    • Compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols and documentation practices

Requirements:

  • At least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in lead generation, digital marketing or operations
  • Previous experience managing a remote team, especially in a digital or marketing setting
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content and executive teams
  • Familiarity with lead generation and campaign-based workflows is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership and time management skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable internet and power backup
  • Ability to work during EST business hours
