Streamline Healthcare Administration Tasks

As a Product Operations Analyst, you will leverage proprietary technology to automate workflows and empower healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automate data entry into electronic medical records (EMRs) as part of research and development efforts.
  • Complete workflow tasks using scripts, information from client workflow queues, customer EHRs, portals, knowledge base articles, artifacts, or assistance from the production operations team.
  • Review and update knowledge base articles to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with electronic medical record systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts, and/or Athena is highly valued.

Other essential skills and abilities include:

  • Comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Fluent in English.
