Order Management Professional

KDCI is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Order Management Specialist to oversee the full order lifecycle—from order entry to delivery—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service across all touchpoints.

\

This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash process in collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal teams.\
  • Handle various order types, resolving issues quickly while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.\
  • Oversee order entry, processing, invoicing, and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).\
  • Provide proactive and timely customer service, including updates and resolution of order-related issues.\
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and inventory teams to meet delivery deadlines and maintain service levels.\
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure accurate order fulfillment, pricing, and delivery instructions.\
  • Generate and maintain daily and weekly order status reports to keep all teams aligned.\
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and provide general support as required.\
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.\
  • 1 to 2 years of accounting or data management experience is a plus.\
  • Experience handling customer inquiries via email or chat is advantageous.\
  • Background in eCommerce, online retail, or catalog retail is preferred but not required.\
  • Experience supporting B2B customers is an advantage.\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.\
  • Familiarity with order management systems and eCommerce platforms is a plus.\
  • Experience using NetSuite and Salesforce is a strong advantage.\
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.\
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.\
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.\
