    **Job Overview**A Management Trainee is a dynamic role that involves being deeply involved in the creation and scaling of brands. This journey will encompass brand development, expansion - online, offline, and internationally.    **Responsibilities**
  • Brand Incubation: Participate in the initial stages of brand creation
  • Market Research: Conduct product and market research, in collaboration with the brand team
  • Brand Development: Work closely with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy
  • Launch: Assist in the launch of the brand, ensuring a smooth market entry
  • Scaling: Contribute to the growth and expansion of the brand
    **Team Assignment After Year One**After completing their first year, MTs will be assigned to either the Brand Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team:
  • Brand Incubation Team: Focus on launching new brands, applying learned experience in brand creation and market introduction
  • Brand Scaling Team: Focus on strategies and activities contributing to the growth and expansion of established brands
    **Qualifications**
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Management Engineering, or equivalent
  • Professional Experience: Not required, but previous experience in marketing, business development, or related fields is advantageous
  • Skills and Qualities:
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Enthusiastic about brand development and market dynamics
    • Adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment
