As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling customer requests and providing top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Obtain account history relevant to approvers to ensure seamless communication.
  2. Coordinate with clients and/or sellers regarding their requests in a timely manner.
  3. Keep clients informed about the status of their requests.
  4. Analyze client requests and provide recommendations for management's decision.
  5. Monitor and follow up on necessary actions from different departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  6. Prepare memos/letters related to buyers' requests to facilitate clear communication.
  7. Send disposition on clients' requests via email/courier to ensure timely updates.
  8. Adhere to set Turn-Around-Time (TAT) / Service Level Agreement to meet customer expectations.
  9. Follow established company policies and directives to maintain consistency.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or Marketing.
  • At least one year of experience in Real Estate or Customer Service.
