Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

The position involves supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis processes, including Annual Operating Plans, monthly forecasts, Business Unit reporting, and ad hoc requests. The successful candidate will require strong analytical skills to produce high-quality reports with key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support FP&A processes, including variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
  • Partner with FP&A teammates to provide insights on financial performance and contribute to decision-making.
  • Produce detailed reports that communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a large multinational company.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is essential.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP system, Hyperion, and/or OneStream is an advantage.
