
Cold Calling Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated sales development specialist to join our team. As a key member of our outbound sales engine, you will be responsible for cold calling decision-makers in the US market on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective cold call strategies to secure appointments with key decision-makers
- Pitch our recruitment services to potential clients and schedule discovery calls for our account executives
- Conduct thorough research on prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, and internal databases
- Log activities and update lead progress in our CRM (HubSpot, Go High Level, or Salesforce)
- Follow up with targeted email and LinkedIn outreach as needed
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales with a focus on cold calling
- Exceptional spoken English and objection-handling skills
- Resilient, target-driven, and able to handle high-volume calling
- Experience using CRMs and calling tools like Hubspot / Go High Level
- Available to work US business hours
