About the Role:

  3. You will develop a deep understanding of the assigned brand's products, procedures, and resolutions, ensuring seamless support delivery.
  4. You will collaborate closely with team members to foster a positive and supportive work environment, share knowledge and insights, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (B2 level).
  • At least one year of experience in contact center roles, preferably working remotely.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing software and technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.
