Customer Experience Ambassador

The successful candidate will be an effective listener, able to navigate complex situations with empathy and poise.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing solutions and support through various channels.
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer service via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers towards resolutions.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex problems and escalate issues as necessary.
- Striving to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
- Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Requirements include:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in BPO roles is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to work from home with a reliable internet connection, computer, and necessary software.
- Ability to operate multiple windows and tabs simultaneously while providing exceptional customer service.
