We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Lead to join our team at Ayuda Business Management Solution Inc. in a Business Development capacity.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strong project management skills, business acumen, and experience working with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing project plans, risk management strategies, and change control processes;
  • Managing budgets, resources, and stakeholders, including clients and internal teams;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation;
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, management, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
