Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist customers with their travel and hotel reservations, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve our services, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:



  • Prior experience in an airline, hotel, or travel reservations system is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good typing skills and attention to detail.
