About the Position

This is a short-term contract role that involves a 12-month commitment.

  • Onsite training in our office for 2 months will be followed by a work-from-home arrangement.
  • The candidate must be physically based in Metro Manila, Cavite, Bulacan, Laguna, or Rizal during employment.
  • A 5 days' work week with flexible holidays and weekends will be implemented.
  • The schedule will be 9 hours/day inclusive of a lunch break.

The Contract Associate position requires excellent judgment to plan and accomplish objectives, working under minimal supervision. Exceptional individual problem-solving and analytical skills are used to authenticate customers and complex transactions.

The role involves engaging proactively with team members, team leads, department management, and other associates to achieve goals. Productivity and quality assurance will be evaluated along with overall contribution to department development.
