Customer Service Expert

We're seeking a skilled customer service professional to represent our partner brands in the skilled trades.

This role involves providing exceptional support to customers through various channels, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat support with professionalism and urgency.
  • Book service appointments accurately and efficiently while coordinating with dispatch teams.
  • Input customer details and service notes into CRM and scheduling platforms.
  • Provide clear information regarding services, pricing, and expectations.
  • Follow up on scheduled services and pending customer issues.
  • Identify when to escalate issues to supervisors or technical teams.

Our ideal candidate is fluent in English communication, has at least 1 year of customer service experience, and a strong background in the construction, home services, or skilled trades industries. They must be comfortable working with tech tools and have excellent time management skills.
