Responsibilities
  • We conduct store visits & validation audits on processes, facilities, machines, equipment, and waste management practices.
  • Our auditors verify the document production process to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards.
  • Audit findings are communicated through preparing reports.
  • Compliance with sanitation laws, regulatory bodies, and management policies is monitored and enforced.
  • Customer complaints and non-conformance are investigated.
  • Corrective and preventive actions are developed, recommended, and monitored.
  • Improvement on Quality Management is provided by reviewing and assisting in the development of Systems & Processes that would contribute to the improvement of the store's overall quality and service.
  • Other tasks may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or any science-based related course.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is required.
  • Knowledge in food safety practices/GMP/HACCP/FSSC is necessary.
  • Conducting Corrective and Preventive Action reports (CAPA) is also a requirement.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with critical thinking skills are expected.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
  • Willingness to accept a store-based assignment within the NCR Area and North/South Luzon is a must.
  • Field work for at least 50-75% of the time is required, reporting to our secondary office location at ARCA South, Taguig City 1-4x or more per month depending on need.
